Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the License Preservation Program, how we use, share and protect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written to match how the Service actually works.

1. Who we are and what this covers

ALLTASK, L.L.C. d/b/a ALLTASK Realty (“ALLTASK”, “we”) is a Florida real estate brokerage, license CQ1073419, 1801 S Ocean Dr, Suite H, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

This policy covers alltaskrealty.com, the agent portal, the broker console and the e-mails we send as part of the License Preservation Program (the “Service”). The same policy will apply to our mobile app when it is released.

2. Information we collect

  • Account: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and a password, which is stored only as a hash.
  • License and eligibility: Florida license number, license type and status, current brokerage, your stated goal, and your answers to the background-disclosure questions on the application.
  • Date of birth: collected if you provide it on the application. It is used only to match you to your DBPR license record and to complete DBPR affiliation filings, and is visible only to the qualifying broker.
  • Documents: a government photo ID and your license are requested when the broker verifies your application; an IRS Form W-9 (which contains your taxpayer identification number) is required before any referral compensation is paid. These documents are requested only when needed, kept in private storage or the brokerage’s secured files, and are visible only to the qualifying broker and staff.
  • Agreements and signatures: the exact text of each agreement you sign, a cryptographic fingerprint of that text, your typed name, the date and time, your IP address and browser identifier. This is the evidence of your electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and section 668.50, Florida Statutes.
  • Payments: payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. We receive and keep the payment status, the amount, the date, and Stripe’s customer, subscription and payment identifiers. We never receive your full card number.
  • Referrals: when you submit a referral, the client details you enter (name, contact information, type of transaction, location, price range and notes) and the status history of that referral.
  • Technical data: when you sign in, strictly necessary cookies keep your session (they start with “sb-” and are set by our authentication provider, Supabase). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on the Service. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page under Stripe’s privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • verify your license and eligibility and decide on your application;
  • place and maintain your license affiliation with ALLTASK and file it with DBPR;
  • keep the records Florida law requires a brokerage to keep;
  • collect the onboarding and program fees you authorized, and send renewal and payment notices;
  • process referrals: route them to a receiving brokerage chosen by the broker, track their status and pay your share;
  • send account, security, service and compliance notices;
  • protect the Service, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements;
  • comply with law, regulation, subpoenas and other legal process.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). They process personal information only to provide their services to us, under their contracts with us.
  • Qualifying broker and staff: your application, documents, agreements, payments and referrals are available to ALLTASK’s qualifying broker and authorized staff for review, approval and supervision.
  • Regulators: DBPR, the Florida Real Estate Commission and other authorities, when Florida law requires it or they lawfully request it.
  • Receiving brokerages: when the broker places a referral you submitted, the receiving brokerage receives your name, license number and contact details and the client and transaction details you provided, and nothing else.
  • Affiliated businesses: ALLTASK is under common ownership with FL Title & Escrow Co (title insurance and escrow) and District Law Group LLP / My Legal Line (legal services). We do not share your personal information with these companies, and nothing in the Service sends it to them. You are never required to use an affiliated business. If a consumer is ever referred to one of them in a transaction covered by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the separate Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure is provided at the time of that referral.
  • Legal requirements and protection: we may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of ALLTASK, our agents, their clients or others.
  • Business transfers: if ALLTASK is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of its business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your account information while your account is active.

Florida law requires a real estate brokerage to preserve its records for at least five years (section 475.5015, Florida Statutes, and Rule 61J2-14.012, Florida Administrative Code). This covers your application, signed agreements and signature evidence, payment records and referral records. If a record becomes the subject of litigation or a DBPR proceeding, we keep it until at least two years after that matter and any appeal end, and never for less than the five-year minimum. These records are kept after account closure, for this legal purpose only.

Other information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for the purposes in this policy. Copies in routine backups expire within 30 days.

6. Security

Personal information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting and database providers. Access is restricted by row-level security rules, so a signed-in agent can read only their own records; staff access is role-based; documents are stored in private storage that is readable only through expiring, signed links; status changes, approvals and signatures are written to an audit log; and the text of every signed agreement is protected by a cryptographic fingerprint that is re-checked whenever the record is opened.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as section 501.171, Florida Statutes, requires.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction and deletion: e-mail info@alltaskrealty.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. To protect your records we confirm requests through that e-mail address before acting on them.
  • Closing your account: you can close your account under Manage account in the portal or by e-mail. Closing it immediately disables your login and removes your contact details (e-mail and phone) from your profile. Your signed agreements, application record and payment history are kept for the retention period in section 5 because Florida law requires it, and your name remains on the agreements you signed. If your license is affiliated with us at the time, the broker also files the change of affiliation with DBPR.
  • E-mail: service, security, renewal and compliance notices related to your affiliation cannot be turned off while your account is active.
  • Text messages: text messages are optional and sent only if you gave consent at signup. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; message and data rates may apply.

8. Children

The Service is for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes we notify active account holders by e-mail before the change takes effect.
