1.2 "Agent" means a Florida-licensed real estate licensee affiliated with the Brokerage under the License Preservation Program.
1.3 "Receiving Brokerage" means a third-party brokerage that accepts a referred client and pays a referral fee upon a successful transaction.
1.4 Scope: Agents do not perform brokerage services (no representation, showings, negotiations or contracts) unless the Broker approves them in writing for active production. Agents introduce clients through referral agreements signed by the Broker.
2. Membership, fees and billing
2.1 One-time onboarding fee: $49 (non-refundable).
2.2 Program fee, chosen at enrollment: (a) $15 per month, or (b) $120 per year paid in advance.
2.3 Billing: fees are charged automatically in advance to the payment method on file (auto-pay) and must remain current to keep the affiliation active. Agents may cancel at any time by e-mail to info@alltaskrealty.com; cancellation stops future charges and the affiliation ends at the end of the paid period. Annual-plan members receive an e-mail reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal.
2.4 Lapses: non-payment beyond 15 days may result in suspension; beyond 45 days, termination.
2.5 Refunds: all fees are non-refundable.
2.6 Changes: the Brokerage may adjust fees with 30 days' notice; a prepaid annual period keeps its price until renewal.
3. Licensing and compliance
3.1 License status: Agents must maintain an active and valid Florida license in good standing with DBPR.
3.2 CE and renewals: Agents are responsible for continuing education and timely renewals.

5.5 Tracking: every referral receives an internal ID and is tracked to closing.
5.6 Updates: the Agent promptly shares status updates received from the Receiving Brokerage.
