Why pay $15 a month instead of going inactive?
Inactive looks free — but you still renew with DBPR and complete CE, you can't earn, and a lapsed license means extra steps to come back. Here's the honest comparison.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need MLS?
No. MLS is not included or required by ALLTASK Realty for this program. If you independently choose to join MLS or an association, you're responsible for those costs.
Can I earn referral income?
Yes — referrals are included for every member. They are processed broker-to-broker under a written agreement, and you keep 80% of the referral fee. Savings and earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Nothing but the billing: the program is the same. Pay $15 a month on auto-pay, or $120 a year up front (that's $10 a month). Both add a one-time $49 onboarding. The annual plan renews yearly and we email you 30–60 days before renewal; cancel anytime by email to info@alltaskrealty.com.
Is this allowed under Florida law?
Florida law does not require any brokerage or agent to belong to MLS, NAR, or a board. ALLTASK is a licensed Florida brokerage (CQ1073419) and is broker-supervised. This portal does not provide legal, tax, or licensing advice, and all affiliation is subject to broker review and Florida law.
Can I become active (list / sell) later?
Yes. Our Reactivation Assistance ($99) helps you move from referral-only or holding to active production, subject to broker approval. A held or referral-only license is not active production and does not authorize listing or selling activity.
What happens if I stop paying?
Auto-pay keeps you affiliated. If payment lapses past the grace period, your affiliation is wound down and your license is released per the DBPR process.
Keep your license alive for the price of lunch.
$49 to start, then $15 a month — or $120 a year. No MLS. No board dues. Apply in about 10 minutes.
